Best Natural Conditioner for Your Hair

It is not easy to maintain healthy and shiny hair. Some inherit good hair from their parents and grandparents while others have to carry out expansive treatments and procedures to get amazing hair. Conditioning is a deep-rooted part of a good hair care regime. To get convenient and organic natural conditioners, make either of the following at home.

• Aloe Vera: Known to the Egyptians as the ‘Plant Of Immortality’, aloe vera is a wonder plant because of its numerous advantages for skin and hair. Add an equal amount of aloe vera gel and water with a few drops of essential oils to make a leave-in conditioner. Spray the liquid all over the hair for conditioning effects. It helps seal the cuticles, maintain scalp health and remove dandruff.

• Honey and Olive Oil: Mix honey and olive in 1:3 ratio to form a paste and apply on shampooed hair. After keeping the mixture in the hair for 10-15 minutes, use a little shampoo to give a little slip and massage it along the length of the hair strands. Rinse later to reveal lustrous hair.

• Mayonnaise and Egg: Eggs are a good source of much-needed protein for the hair. It makes the hair strong and healthy. Mayonnaise replenishes oils in dry strands thus rejuvenating them and coating them to avoid dehydration. Mix 5 tablespoons of the former with 2 raw eggs and form a paste. Apply it on freshly shampooed hair and rinse after 15 to 20 minutes.  This remedy will heal dry and damaged hair.

• Apple Cider Vinegar: Mix apple cider vinegar, water and honey. Pour the solution on the length of the hair right after shampooing the hair. Do not rinse the hair. Rather, evenly spread it out and wash with cool water.

• Banana Mask: Mash a banana and add three tablespoons each of milk, honey and oil (olive or coconut oil) along with an egg in a bowl. Apply the paste on the hair for 15 to 30 minutes and later rinse with lukewarm water.

Add few drops of argan oil, peppermint oil, lavender oil, green tea, hibiscus oil or rosemary oil in the above deep-conditioning masks for added benefits. The disadvantages of these home remedies are the obnoxious smell and amount of time they consume. To maintain discipline and continue such treatments is also a hassle. If such home remedies are too cumbersome and time-consuming for you, visit hair clinic in Punjab with expert trichologists for cost-efficient and affordable hair treatments for healthy and perfect hair.
